IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Support project lead and joint planning project and carry out regional tasks
-Draft work template, gather information from functional IT areas
-Document support requirement and perform data analysis
-Liaise with business IT leads and manage expectations
-Coordinate project activities with procurement and 3rd party consultants
-Prepare project documents, analyse data and document reports
-Manage current application support demand and act as issue escalation point of contact between business IT and the support supplier for EUCAN

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Global Enterprise IT managed service experience
-Experience with vendor selection and management
-Financial knowledge
-Analytical and organizational skills
-Strong communication skills and practical/functional working experience
-ITIL knowledge
-Fluency in English
-Healthcare experience and application support knowledge is beneficial
-Flexibility working in global team environment
