IT Solutions Engineer

An international banking client of mine is looking for an IT solutions engineer to join an exciting Greenfields project in the heart of Amsterdam for 10 months.

The Banks Solution Engineers (Architects) work in close cooperation with the development on the next generation of applications. Within Digital Banking they design and develop Front End solutions for their mobile apps, call centers and Internet banking application.

This role is for someone who enjoys working as part of a team of technical experts and being the lynchpin between technology, product owners and management.

Candidates with 85% of the following experience will be considered

Key Skills
* Coach development teams making the right architectural decisions in a landscape evolution

* Help the development teams to cut big changesin small user stories and shippable products

* Consult product owners to define the roadmaps for our mobile banking applications

* Translate concepts into concrete feasible technical solutions, and know how to explain them in a way that everyone can understand

* Corporate over several departments and sometimes different technologies

* 4+ years of experience designing Internet banking solutions OR Chatbots solutions including technical interfaces (REST services)

* You have an exploratory mindset, on the lookout for new developments in mobile and relevant techniques and tools

* You take ownership of your own and your team delivery (self-steering)

* Experience in coaching and supporting developers and solution designers

* Strong communication skills, speaking and writing in English

* Experience with agile methods and/or scrum framework
