It Solution Architect - Oracle BI Enterprise Edition - Netherlands

As a solution Architect, you will act as a primary technical architect which involves the toughest challenges in Business Intelligence today. This requires deep technical expertise in database design, ETL, reporting and analytics and will have previous consulting experience utilizing a structured delivery methodology.

Requirements:

- Solid understanding of the field of Datamodelling, data discovery and data profiling/analysis with good understanding of large enterprise data warehouse.
- Bachelors or master's degree in Information Technology or Business Administration
- 10+ years' experience working in Information Technology of which 7+ years working as an Architect in Information Management, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence and Analytics
- Business intelligence and technical skills to successfully deliver BI solutions including data profiling knowledge and experience in developing BI roadmap, BI strategy, and data quality assessment.
- Data Loading and Transformations using ETL technologies
- Experience in Enterprise Data Management and Business Intelligence based solutions
- Working in a Global delivery environment.
- Translating information requirements into designs of physical and logical data models
- Writing and optimizing SQL-statements
- Data Virtualization/Federation
- Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
- Data analytics and Exploration

PRODUCT EXPERIENCE

Strong experience and affinity with expected on:

- IBM Information Server (Data Stage)
- Oracle BI Enterprise Edition
- Oracle Databases/Warehouse builder
- IBM Netezza/Puredata
- Tibco Spotfire

Experience with the following is considered a pré:

- IBM SPSS
- JBoss Data Virtualization
- NoSQL
- Hadoop (Big Insights)
- HDFS, Hbase, Hive, Pig

Location: Veldhoven, Netherland!

Duration: Immediate start till end of 2015
