IT SM process SME
IT SM PROCESS SME urgently needed for an exciting project in ZÜRICH,SWITZERLAND
IT SM PROCESS SME WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
. Design IT Processes and Workflow implementations
. Understand existing processes and IT landscape (documented in German)
. Work with IT process owners and teams on Optimization of the process flows
. Support the workflows with the processes
. Underpinning the processes with workflows to enhance automation
. Migration of existing IT Processes (in Visio) into a BPNM notation in Firestart
IT SM PROCESS SME WILL IDEALLY HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERTISE
. Experience in IT Service Management (ITIL certification is preferred)
. Knowledge of BPNM
. Expertise in Microsoft Visio and Sharepoint
. Proficient in German with good knowledge of English
. Experience in Prologics Firestart is preferred (but not mandatory). Basic Guidance/training on Firestart will be provided by project team.
Shortlisting immediately- Phone interviews this week. Start date ideally within 2 weeks, 4 weeks maybe possibl. Pay rate commensurate with relevant experience.
