IT Site Supporter - German & English - Part Time (70 %)
Our global multinational end-client in the Zürich area is currently looking for a part time (3-4 days/week) German and English speaking IT Support Consultant to join them on a long term basis.
THE ROLE
- Coordination of global IT initiatives with impact on a local level
o Preparation of W7 rollout (readiness of local applications, master validiation plan, maintenance of application inventory for local applications, rollout concept and follow up)
o Server Operating System upgrades (follow up on execution status and timelines)
o Leading the W7 upgrade initiative in the laboratory area (in alignment with the global team)
- Support of IT Manager
o Maintenance of the monthly IT Dashboard
o Keep IT Department web up to date
o Communications
o Other administrative tasks
- General IT Support
o Infrastructure/Technology Waivers
o IT-to-IT Request registrations and follow up
YOU PROFILE
- Knowledge on the formal System Development Life Cycle methodologies
- Experience with IT systems in a regulated environment
- Strong coordination skills
- Strong communication skills
- Language: fluent German and English
