Experis AG one of the leading Staffing companies is looking for his pharmaceutical client in Schaffhausen for an IT Site Support for 12 months:
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordination of global IT initiatives with impact on a local level
- Preparation of W7 rollout (readiness of local applications, master-validation plan, maintenance of Pharma application inventory for local applications, rollout concept and follow up in alignment with the global team)
- Server Operating System upgrades and other smaller projects (set up project plan, coordination and follow up on execution)
- Leading the W7 upgrade initiative in the laboratory area (in alignment with the global team)
Support of IT Manager Schaffhausen
- Maintenance of the monthly IT Dashboard
- Keep IT Department web up to date
- Communications
- Other administrative tasks
General IT Support
- Infrastructure/Technology Waivers for site Schaffhausen
- IT-to-IT Request registrations and follow up
SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge on the formal System Development Life Cycle methodologies
- Experience with IT systems in a pharmaceutical (validated) environment
- Project Management skills, analytical and structured thinking
- Strong coordination skills
- Strong communication skills
LANGUAGES: Englisch and German fluent
FTE: 50 - 70 %, ca. 3 days per week
START: ASAP - or - Dec 2012/Jan 2013
DURTION: end of 2013 (with option for extension)
