Projektbeschreibung
Our client, a international financial service provider is looking for an eager IT Infrastructure Services Manager for a short term role here in Zürich.
The Technology Infrastructure Services Manager and Technology Business Partners represent the Infrastructure Services towards the Application Development stakeholders; as such he acts as the single-point of contact for a pre-defined customer base, being responsible for all aspects: Account Management, Project Portfolio Management and infrastructure deliverables.
TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Acts as a single TIS point of contact for a pre-defined partner population, supervising, supporting and enabling infrastructure as well as IT service/product delivery
- Consult and support clients regarding infrastructure and architecture standards, life cycle procedures, the TIS organization and time-lines for standard products
- Recording, classification, estimation and prioritization of customer demand
- Track TIS project deliverables against commitments
- Investigate and track availability of approved capital budgets for all CTB projects in client portfolio
- Consolidate resource tracking against project budget
- Drafting and negotiating Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) and Underpinning Contracts (UCs) based on SLA requirements
- Periodic reporting of Achievements and Exceptions
- Enabling Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity Management test planning and documentation
- Manages the Book of Work and Book of Demand for the respective customer base
DELIVERABLES:
- On-time & on-budget delivery of infrastructure, in compliance with customer needs and architecture standards as well as change and delivery processes
- Ensure budget compliance (for TIS deliverables)
- Supply project and client insights for periodic prioritization meetings concerning IT infrastructure projects
- Ensure infrastructure deliverables are covered with corresponding OLAs and SLAs
- Book of Work and Book of Demand:
Book of Work
- Capacity forecasts & management for TIS deliverables
- Forecast and actual project phase status reports on pre-defined client portfolio
- Forecast and actual project budget and spent reports pre-defined client portfolio
Book of Demand
- Forecast & actual resource demand for pre-defined client project portfolio
- Forecast & actual Capex demand for pre-defined client project portfolio
MUST HAVE BASIC EXPERIENCE:
- IT Account Management
- Experience in IT Contract/IT Supplier Management, IT Project Management, IT Delivery Management type roles
MUST HAVE EXPERT SKILLS:
- Very good ability to translate business and application requirements into technical terms and IT services
- Good knowledge of end-to-end IT operations and large infrastructure landscapes
- Good analytical, negotiation, presentation and communication skills
- Innovative outlook and enthusiasm towards IT Service Quality and improving it across organizational boundaries
- Expectation and conflict management
- Good written and spoken English language skills
