IT Service Contract Writer (Account Manager)
For a Multi-National client in Brussels, we are hiring an IT Service Contract Writer (Account Manager) for a long term project. The initial contract will be 6 to 12 months rolling based on performance.
The service contract writer's mission is to gather technical information about services from service owners and translate them into contractual service descriptions for external clients buying IT infrastructure services from the client.
KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Excellent listening skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to details
- Easy contact with technical people
- Experience in contract writing
- Experience in service description writing
- Experience in IT infrastructure work environment
- Assertive and good facilitation skills
