Experis IT Switzerland is URGENTLY on the search for an experienced 1st Level Help- Desk Supporter to join one of their clients, a well-known global IT company based in Basel. This engagement will be a longer term contracting opportunity, 12 months with possible extension.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Good knowledge most basic systems administration tools and processes
- Knowledge of incidentLAN, Internet connections
- Fluent in English & French
- High level of communicative skills
Languages: FrenchGerman - a nice to have
