* Design, setup and operation of a Windows 10 Workplace
* Design, size and setup the Windows 10 management and deployment infrastructure based on Intune and SCCM Configuration Manager
* Elaborate and define the Microsoft license model
* Support in hardware related questions for Windows fat clients
* Knowledge of and experience with Thin Client Management console
* ITSM process as well as ITIL knowledge
* Knowledge in LINUX operating system
VORAUSSETZUNGEN:
* Experience in an international environment
* Technical expert for a global Windows 10 rollout
* Develop and establish a Role and workstyle model (service model) for the different user types e.g. to cross charge the cost to different organisations
* Should be familiar with surrounding topics like Active directory, Azure AD, Windows features, Application management, Windows security, Windows upgrade and driver concepts
* ITIL knowledge
* Knowledge in LINUX operating systems
* Language: GB fluent
