IT Service Owner/Application Specialist CRM

IT Service Owner/Application Specialist CRM wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.
YOUR TASKS:
- Planning services (life cycle, service enhancements and continuous improvements)
- Analysing change requests, responsible for non-functional and technical requirements and release bundling as well as performing maintenance support in terms of life cycle changes, application documentation, regular controls and statistics
- Performing service management (SLA/OLA control), service monitoring, availability control, and 3rd level application support (Service Request-, Incident- and Problem-Management) tasks
- Supporting test preparation and execution, release support as well as coordinating all interface-applications with an end-to-end service responsibility
- Defining steps within Incident- and Problem management
- Providing approval or veto for data flow/interfaces as well as taking measures to the IT-Service (application, infrastructure)
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Upper-level training or equivalent in computer science (university of applied sciences, institute of technology, technical college)
- Certificates Microsoft ASP.NET Developer, Microsoft Enterprise Application Developer or appropriate MCTS certifications preferred
- Profound development experience and proven experience within financial industry as well as knowhow in Linux, JAVA and Oracle DB.
- Excellent market knowledge of CRM solutions as well as profound skills within software development and Architecture
- Proven expert knowledge within IT integration and web technologies (ASP.NET, C#, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MS SQL Server, IIS, Internet Explorer) Ability to lead, mobilize and guide multiple stakeholders through all aspects of project life cycle
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be a big plus
