Our client is an international Tier1 bank located in Zurich.

We're looking for an experienced IT Service Owner for a long-term assignment on contracting basis for our client's IT Team.

Tasks

- Operating CRM system with a focus on service (analysis, troubleshooting).
- Stakeholder management and service coordination with affected partners from Business Product Management, Business Operations and IT
- Analysis of change requests, responsible for non-functional and technical requirements.
- Subject matter expert of technical end-to-end processes, logical and physical architecture, technical components
- Active technical accompaniment of the CRM developers during a project
- Support of test preparation and execution, release support
- Coordination of all interface-applications with an end-to-end service responsibility
- Perform Operational Readiness Test

Requirements

- Proven similar experience within financial industry - solid knowledge of underlying banking processes (eg compliance- and sales process)
- International CRM application: Proven expert knowledge within IT integration and web technologies (ASP.NET, C#, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MS SQL Server, IIS, Internet Explorer) International Name Check Service: Knowledge in Linux, JAVA and Oracle DB.
- Certificates Microsoft ASP.NET Developer
- German a MUST

This is an exciting contract opportunity to join a leading financial firm.

Start Date is 01.04.2016.

The assignment will end on 31.12.2017 with optional prolongation.
