IT Service Manager (m/f)

MY DUTIES:

-Work with tickets / incidents and ensure the daily operation, maintenance, enhancements and support of the services are well managed and bring value to the business
-Establish and maintain service commitments with Business (SLA/KPI based) and secure that the services deliver according to business demand and agreed service commitments towards Business
-Participate and report service status in business forums
-Act as the main point-of-escalation for the business users and IT Coordinators, when delivery processes or contracted services are not performing according to pre-defined levels (outside incidents)
-Guide business users on IT processes and help to escalate IT issues to other GIS functions such as Service Coordinators or Business Engagement etc.
-Ensure the development of the service towards the service strategy
-Sign off for Service Introduction from projects
-Optimize the service delivery including lifecycle, change management, release, capacity, problem management etc.
-Assist in license management and ensure regular reviews of user access management
-Manage budget concerning minor enhancements
-Change management within the service & represent ITS in relevant supplier governance meetings

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Good knowledge in the field workplace/ peripheral devices
-Experience in ServiceDesk operation processes
-Knowledge in ServiceNow (beneficial)
-Broad knowledge in SAP (ideally in the finance and logistic modules)
-ITIL knowledge
-Fluency in English
