-Proactively manage and drive the transformation to standard services
-Management and control of internal and external service providers
-Own and manage the IT annual operating and capital budgets
-Provide information and reports for business cases and cost benefit analyses for IT projects and initiatives
-Ensure the IT system operation
-Drive trustful collaboration and communication between all stakeholders
-1st contact to local customer/management
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-IT Management experience
-Strong project, process and change management skills
-Experience in IT service delivery management and lifecycle management of IT solutions
-Strong in conflict management, negotiation, problem-solving, coordination and experienced in effective communication with stakeholders
-Strong language skills in English are essential
