Essential skills and experience will include:- experienced IT Service Manager with experience in an operational service management role, good understanding and practical understanding of ITIL service management processes, analysis skills to determine service improvements. Any experience of managing IT services within the Public Sector would be advantageous as would strong Stakeholder management skills.
The role will be based in the West Midlands for 3 months initially with a rate of circa 365 per day.
