IT SERVICE MANAGER ITIL

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a IT Service Manager with proven experience in HPE Cloud Solutions and Service Management tool SCOM. For this four month contract position based in Bern, our client is looking for an English and German speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

- Design, align and implement of the service level-management-structure in line with the organisation and preconditions of the customer
- Define and implementation of the service management processes
- Adaption of our cloud solution implemented at customer in their existing service management tool, SCOM

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILL SET:

- Proven Service Management Skills based on ITIL (v*)
- Knowledge of the software used in the cloud solution
- HPE Operations Orchestration
- HPE Cloud System Automation
- HPE Server Automation
- HPE Vertica Database
- HPE ITBA
- HPE VPV
- HPE uCMDB
- HPE Arcsight
- Oracle Database for HPE Server Automation
- Knowledge of SCOM
- Communication skills
- Leadership skills

LANGUAGES REQUIRED:

- English
- German
