SERVICE MANAGER FOR CONTROLLING OF DEPARTMENTAL FINANCIALS - PHARMA - SWITZERLAND
SERVICE MANAGER with strong experience required, to work on a project within a major pharmaceutical in Switzerland.
MAIN TASKS:
- Good understanding of IT SERVICES AND RELATED FINANCIALS
- Maintain the departmental budget and provide FINANCIAL REPORTING according the requirements from Financial Department
- Lead the financial PLANNING PROCESSES FOR IT SERVICE DELIVERY TEAMS (Budget, Rolling Forecast, etc)
- Ensure contracts negotiated and maintained.
- Financial Project Portfolio Manager
- Ensure financial reporting from projects -started and planned
- Propose activities to meet the given annual project budget on cost center level
- Conduct regular financial review meetings
- Support the (financial) project approval process
MAIN SKILLS:
a) Finance
- Assess current internal financial processes, propose improvements (quick wins and long term)
- TRAIN/COACH competence members to comply the processes and to maintain and to report on the departmental financials (budget, forecast & actual)
b) Organizational:
- Strong leadership skills to be able to implement changes/re-thinking
- Finisher - ensure that the new processes are followed.
- Structured - good planning and execution according to plan
- Pharma Experience is a big plus
LOCATION: Basel - Switzerland
DURATION: September 2012 to December 2012 (with option for extension)
HOURLY RATE: Negotiable, please indicate preferred hourly rate on application
