Projektbeschreibung

You will provide support for our operational IT services to all strategic Health Business Units within AXA UK, supporting the lead Service Managers in establishing key business Service Level Agreements, managing customer expectations and perceptions to deliver great service to our customers.

You will also support and manage key stakeholders expectations and the end to end IT service support with our Health business.

Skills, knowledge and behaviour:

You will be/ have:

Experienced in IT delivery support in a complex, multi-supplier environment
ITIL Service Management Foundation Certificate qualified or working towards it
An IT Support background
Able to build and maintain good relationships at all levels
Excellent working knowledge of MS Office with good communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of IT infrastructure and desktop environments
Knowledgeable of business processes
ITIL Service Chain and Incident, Problem and Change processes
BS15000 Customer Relationship Management

You will be skilled in:

Service delivery management
Negotiation & conflict management, able to influence and communicate at different levels
Business and IS risk assessment & management
Resource management

Able to:

Build good relationship development with sound management skills
Communicate with confidence and articulation
Work within a team as a supportive team player
