Location: Basel, Switzerland
Start date: 1.10.2015
End date: 31.12.2015
Candidates need to be fluent in English.
Successful IT Service Manager candidates will have proven experience in the following areas:
Designing and implementing service level management policies and processes in the area of knowledge management
Experienced in service management of a digital asset management solution based on SaaS framework.
ITIL Certified with strong knowledge of ITIL processes
Knowledge of Java and Oracle technology stack
Very strong people management skills including previous international experience in virtual teams
