For one of our clients we are seeking an IT Service Manager to perform the following duties:
Support IT-Key-Account Manager in negotiating Service-Levels and maintaining the IT-Service-Catalogue
Define and maintain Service terms, definition, rules and design-guide, templates  
Monitor service performance against SLA and produce service report
Assure sound, complete and reliable service information within the IT-Service Catalogue
Conduct Service Reviews and instigate  Service-Improvement-Plan
Provide criteria for assessing and improving the services of sourcing partners 

Experience: 
You should have experience of producing Service Level Agreements, maintaining IT Service Catalogues and improving Service Governance within the financial sector.
You should have experience and certifications in IT Operation Processes (ITIL).
The German and English languages are both required for this position.
