My client based in the pharmaceutical industry is seeking a IT Service Manager to join their team ASAP for a 6 months contract. This a great opportunity with a strong possibility of an extension.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven track record in service management
- Good understanding of infrastructure with focus on Unix, windows and oracle platforms
- Understanding of IBM service management
- Experience with MS Office Tools and MS Sharepoint
- ITIL experience/certified
- Fluent English
- Swiss/EU national
