The ITSM coordinator will be responsible for integrating Service Management processes between multiple vendor, following the client Service Management Model.
Main responsibilities
-
Point of Contact for Client on Service Management implementation and integration
-
Setup Service Design for WAN Service Management Scope
-
Plan implementation of Service Management & Governance Model with Client and multiple Vendors
-
Facilitate implementation of Service Management, including Integration of multiple Vendors
-
Check correctness and completeness of Service Management implementation and planning
-
Enable bridge processes for duration of Transition
-
Provide specific Client documentation where required
-
Track acceptance criteria and arrange sign-off
-
EXPERIENCED ITSM CONSULTANT, WITH PROVEN TRACK RECORD WITH SERVICE INTEGRATION OF MULTIPLE SERVICE PROVIDERS
-
GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF SERVICE MANAGEMENT PRACTICES AND SOLUTIONS
-
CERTIFIED ITIL V3
Excellent in verbal and written communication (reporting, documentation)
Experience:
- IT service management
- IT infrastructure/networking
Profound knowledge of English
Bachelor or Master
ITIL V3
