For one of our clients in Central Switzerland, we are searching for an IT Service Desk Supporter:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Face-to-face user support experience is a must
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft technologies
- Be well-versed with both Hardware (Notebook, Desktop, Mobile Device) and Software
- Networking and telecommunications knowledge
- ITIL certificate would be a plus
- Fluency in English
