Information Services Team Lead -Glasgow

My Client is looking to recruit an experienced IT Lead to manage the Service Desk function within IT. They feel modern technology and innovative IT solutions are key to help drive for excellent services to the next level.

The role holder will be responsible for the delivery of operational service targets on a 24/7 basis through the effective management of Service Desk Engineers to include both first and second line support.

They are looking for proven incident management skills using ITIL and similar methodologies and experience working alongside other IT and business management professionals.
