IT Service Desk Analyst/Helpdesk Analyst/Incident Analyst urgently required by global technology organization; to join their team of 6 global incident and desktop analysts.

This 3-month contract role is based in Newcastle and attracts a daily rate of in the region of £125 - £175 per day dependent on experience.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- 2+ years of working on a IT service desk in a 750+ user global environment delivering 1st and 2nd Line IT Infrastructure technical support on:
- Windows 7 Desktop/Laptop Support
- AD administration - new starters/leavers, password resets, etc.
- VOIP/Telephony issue troubleshooting
- Mac Support (Preferable - not essential)
- MS Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint
- Strong character with excellent communication skills, capable of operating in fast-paced and direct environment
- Outstanding customer service focus
- Detailed Analytical and Problem Solving approach
