My well established client is looking to hire an IT Service Desk Analyst to provide 1st and 2nd Line Support either onsite or via telephone, to a diverse user base, with the aim of improving the levels of service to the organisation.

As an IT Service Desk Analyst your key responsibilities will include:

1 To be the first point of contact for escalation of problems onsite and overall communication and ensuring that all incidents are logged and managed through the service desk toolset.
2 To provide 1st and 2nd line support, either onsite or via telephone in a highly professional manner to deliver a high quality of service to all staff and customers.
3 You will be responsible for supporting all desktop applications, hardware faults on laptops, VDI, printers and network equipment.
4 MS Office, Blackberry administration, Egress, CJSM encryption, Desktop infrastructure, Multi-functional devices, Remote and home working, Rapide, MIME sweeper and Asset management.
