On behalf of our client, a Swiss industrial company, Swisslinx is looking for a flexible and Service Oriented It Supporter for a contract position with possibility to be internalized.
IT SERVICE DESK AGENT, (CONTRACT, BIENNE)
Do you have a good understanding of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and Apple Operating Systems, as well as experience in 1st level support? Are you a good communicator with customer focused behaviour?
If so this could be the role for you!
You will be responsible for providing first level support to the customers by phone, e-mail or remotely. Troubleshooting and either resolving incidents or escalate to the appropriate team. In addition you will be Categorizing and prioritizing the most accurately possible the announced incidents or service requests. For this role we are looking for someone with a following profile:
- Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
- Microsoft Office suite
- Microsoft Active Directory users & groups management
- Familiarity with ITIL practice
- Printing in a network environment
- Apple Operating Systems a plus
- PBX-connected devices a plus
- Fluent English with French or German
This is a contract position with possibility of becoming permanent. The candidate will have to be ready for around-the-clock shifts (incl. week-ends).
