IT Service Delivery Specialist Job

IT SERVICE DELIVERY SPECIALIST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Wilmington, Delaware.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Strong database design, administrations and programming skills (SQL Server, MS Access and Excel)
- Strong Visual Studio programming skills (C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET), and JavaScript.
- Proficiency in general data analysis and reporting skills using T-SQL, Crystal Reports, MS Excel and Access

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Responsible for the technical efficiency and implementation of moderately complex information technology systems.
- Manages and makes minor to moderate IT programming modifications to existing data systems in support of the SHE&SG function.
- Manages and leverages the technical development of information systems implementation and integration into the corporate solution in support of corporate and business activity.
- Ability to translate business and corporate needs into functional requirements. May involve Data Mgmt. project leadership.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelors or advanced degree(s) in Computer Science, or commensurate experience (3 years minimum) in the field.
- Strong database design, administrations and programming skills (SQL Server, MS Access and Excel)
- Strong Visual Studio programming skills (C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET), and JavaScript.
- Strong Web Server (IIS) administration, Windows and Linux Server Administration, including security and optimization
- Proficiency in general data analysis and reporting skills using T-SQL, Crystal Reports, MS Excel and Access
- Experience in all aspects of development projects (gathering/documentation of requirements and processes, coding, testing, implementation, and support)
- Experience with SHE&SG Data Systems and Global Competencies as it relates to Information systems management.
- Highly motivated, customer-oriented individual with good analytical, planning, and people skills
- Proven ability to work with a diverse group of end user, globally and corporately
- Proven ability to work within a diverse team environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple projects
- Broad understanding of function issues
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to work and manage virtually
- Familiar with Python and Oracle programming Language is a plus
