IT SERVICE AND OPERATIONS MANAGER (INFRASTRUCTURE) - BELGIUM

LANGUAGES: ENGLISH with DUTCH and/or FRENCH

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- A master degree or equivalent through experience
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years' experience in IT service & operations management
- Familiar with working according to ITIL processes
- Sound knowledge and insights on the banking industry and its regulations
- Solid technical knowledge in the following IT infrastructure technologies
- Linux/Windows application Servers
- Databases (Oracle/MSSQL)/Middleware (XFB)/VMWare
- 3 to 5 years' experience on operating Banking application platforms (Sopra, Finacle, FIS, Misys )
- Application integration & operations:
- Release & configuration
- Performance & capacity management
