IT Security Specialist

For our client, global banking company located in Zurich is looking for a IT SECURITY SPECIALIST/RELEASE MANAGER for a 3-Months contract.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

YOUR ROLE
As a Release Manager you are responsible to coordinate and support our Releases in Security Engineering in alignment with different stakeholders such as Project Managers, Engineers, Test Managers and some others.

YOUR TEAM
You'll be working Technology Services, our team is called Security Process Optimization. We are a capability of Data Protection and Application Security (DPAS) which is part of Security Engineering. Security Engineering is a global organization, together we help to protect UBS in all kind of security aspects.

We deliver services in the areas of

. Identity and Access Management
. Data Protection and Application Security
. Cyber Security Services

Possible task could be
- Align and ensure E2E Release Coordination
- Assigning items to releases based on readiness and dependencies
- Review Change Requests before the CAB meeting to ensure quality
- Creation of Release Notes if necessary and Release Plans
- Packaging and Packaging Coordination
- Gathering PSO related approvals
- Ensure Communication (together with Project Manager)
- Escalation Management during Rollout if necessary
- Closing Report

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
You have:
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge and understanding of SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) methodologies
- Ability to work cohesively and collaborate with analytic functions throughout the organization
- Ability to drive the requirements process with both technical and business partners
- Operational knowledge and understanding of financial services product terminology
- Jira and Sharepoint knowledge as well as all common Microsoft Products
- Understanding of project planning in technical and fast pace environment
- fluent in English
