WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- The IT Security Project Manager will report to the Director of IT Security and must have 10 years of experience managing an IT Security operations Team and enterprise security integration projects. In this role, you will provide guidance and collaboration with the Global IT Security departments on Security projects, strategies and initiatives, engaging with other teams on roadmaps to maintain a concerted effort in all projects.
- Manage and lead the projects from conception to delivery for the enterprise information security projects.
- Provide project management and engineering to IT Security teams to keep projects on track and productive
- Evaluate existing Infrastructure Security technology roadmaps and processes to enhance capabilities or address gaps
- Communicate across the organization to ensure proper reporting and documentation is produced outlining the details of ongoing and future projects
- Maintain reporting metrics and dashboards for enterprise IT Security projects and activities
- Provide project management and engineering with actionable data and trending to understand and enhance IT and Security projects
- Manage relationships and oversee performance of interdepartmental projects or externally managed services
- Demonstrate knowledge of security technology, policies, processes and standards
- Collaborate with other IT teams, Security, Human Resources, Legal and other leaders in the organization for IT and Security initiatives
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve business focus as it relates to IT and Security
- Assemble, evaluate, and implement performance and effectiveness metrics for IT and Security team members and projects

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Experience leading multiple security projects for a large global enterprise or Fortune 500 organizations
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, MIS, or related field or equivalent work experience
- Certification in one or more of the following: PMP, Scrum, CISSP, CISA, GIAC or equivalent
- 10+ years of experience working with or leading IT and Security projects or initiatives
- Experience with various IT disciplines, to include one or more of the following: Networking, System Administration, Information Security, Software Development, Infrastructure Design, and Risk Management.
- Experience presenting, collaborating and communicating with leadership both within the immediate organization, across IT and the business
- Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Calm under pressure, objective and diplomatic
- Team player with a customer-focused attitude
- Understands the importance of communication and when to escalate issues
- Anticipates information needed by different workgroups (technical and non-technical)
- Technical skills : Cyber Security Operations, Web Application Firewalls, Cloud Security, Risk Management, Firewall, VPNs, PCI-DSS, SOX Compliance, DLP, SDLC, Web Application Security, IDM, Security Policies, Procedures and Standards.
