IT Security Project Manager
Context: Within our infrastructure and Operations department, we are looking for a Project Manager to deliver the "Security" infrastructure part of business projects.
Duration: Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months (with potential extension)
Function Description:
The IT Security Project Manager :
• Identifies, describes and assigns "SMART" objectives to stakeholders for execution of project and team work where team members are in a functional line rather than a hierarchical line.
• Applies Best-in-Class industry Project Management guidelines, methodologies (i.e.WBS, SWOT analysis, …).
• Builds and gets validation of timeline, work plan against requirements and Constraints.
• Ensures projects are completed within a certain set of restraints (quality, time, money, people and materials).
• Ensures projects fulfill to guidelines, regulations and policies.
• Is confident with industry standard Project Management software's.
• Ensures that projects are on track in term of milestones and meet dedicated/shared resources availability.
• Ensures that project deliverables are compliant with expected requirements and delivered on time.
• Conduct regular driving/steering meeting.
• Has ability to structure and write Meeting Minutes.
• Challenges project stakeholders on current or foreseen issue.
• Assess project related risk issues.
• Continuously monitor projects progress against objectives, status, time lines and expected outcomes.
• Ensures regular accurate reporting to Management at different levels (Operational, Strategic, Exec, …).
• Motivates the project team and any involved stakeholder.
• Knows on how to escalate issue and when escalation is really helpful.
• Takes the lead and deliver simultaneously several infrastructure projects.
• Interacts with people, recognizes emotions in others, and empathizes with others.
• Builds strong relationships to get the most out of their project team stakeholder.
• Thinks in ways outside of the norm and identifies multiple solutions to problems.
• Has ability to find solutions to maneuvering the project to keep it on track.
• Structures their approach to work and accept regimented consistency for the sake of efficiency.
• Strives for breadth, completeness, and correctness at the lowest level of detail.
• Understands and applies ISO 20000 processes.
• Understands compliance rules and regulations in finance sector.
Expected Business skills: Able to understand bank related business processes and assess impacts on business, able to understand low level technical documentation

Required knowledge/experience:
Education
• Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
• Apply Risk awareness.
• Confident in and aware of his/her own assets and liabilities.
• Desire to achieve.
• Flex when plans do not go as expected.
• Big picture oriented.
• Systematic and detail oriented.
• High degree of autonomy and pro-activeness.
Experience:
• At least 5-10 years' experience in Project Management in large banking sector organization.
• Prior project management experience in Network / information security related projects.
Technical experience / knowledge:
Mandatory:
• Strong understanding of and familiarity with Information Security concepts, ranging from technical to conceptuals.
• Good and broad IT background to interact with stakeholders (domain responsible or team members),
• ITIL minded.
• Able to deliver high level documentation and follow the Customer processes for projects.
• Change management.
• Proven ability to effectively work and report on notions such as Budget, Actuals, ETCs, EAC,…
• Project Management industry standard methodologies (Prince 2, …).
• Proven experience in large and complex projects.
Preferable:
Experience with the set-up of Web OR Telecom infrastructure.
Location: This work will take place onsite in Brussels (Belgium) and Paris (France)
