IT SECURITY (IAM) PROJECT MANAGER - BRUSSELS, BELGIUM
Languages: FRENCH & ENGLISH SPEAKING
OBJECTIVES OF THE FUNCTION
He/she collaborates in the implementation of the IT security strategy and the maintenance of its document management. In this context, he/she monitors the various projects and tasks related to the implementation of IT security controls on the planning, budget and quality of deliverable. IT security PM provides adequate project reporting. He/she ensures the implementation and administration of document management of IT security (architecture documents, policies, standards, etc.) in terms of content and coherence.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor or Master degree in IT orientation or equivalent, preferably oriented towards IT security.
- AT LEAST 10 YEARS IN A POSITION RELATED TO IT PROJECT MANAGEMENT, PREFERABLY ORIENTED TOWARDS IT SECURITY.
- Ability and ease of listening, dialogue and team animation
- Rigor, method and pragmatism
- Previous experience and/or skills on aspects Identity & Access Management is a plus
- Mandatory FR AND EN LANGUAGE. NL is an asset
DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
COORDINATION AND MONITORING OF IT PROJECTS OF THE IAM PROGRAM
- Follow the projects by organising, coordinating and animating the teams according to the specifications (customer request, budget, deadlines ...).
- Interacts with project clients and suppliers (internal and/or external)
- Keeps project documentation up-to-date in terms of job progress and budget tracking.
- Ensures that the different deliverable of the project are identified and accepted by the project stakeholders.
- Ensures that planning and coordination of tasks between actors and relevant, that stakeholders are informed and accepted/validated.
Coordinates business solution integration activities with IAM
THE PROJECTS SO FAR IDENTIFIED ARE:
- Internationalisation of the internal IAM service
- Upgrade and alignment of IAM platforms in different environments
- Brainwave industrialisation
- Preparation of the extension of the internal IAM scope
- The number and scope of portfolio projects may vary over time depending on progress and IAM project load.
GOVERNANCE OF AN IT SECURITY BUSINESS PORTFOLIO
- For a set of IT security aspects (eg Mobile device management, point protection, perimeter security)
- Writes/Updates IT standards/policies according to Risk Management guidelines
- Ensures compliance of these policies (quantity and maturity level) with the guidelines
- Ensures that the repositories/policies are actually implemented and maintains the catalogue of relevant evidence
