One of our blue chip clients is urgently looking for an IT Security Governance and strategy Consultant.

Description/Comment:
As part of the setup of a new Financial services organization, the Security Governance consultant is in charge of assisting the Security Lead in setting up the target organization, procedures and tools to meet business and legal requirements.

Roles and responsibilities include:

- Security governance setup and maintenance, based on market leading standards (ISO 2700x, US, EU and UK regulations, banking regulations, etc.)
- Setup and initialize the target IT Security steering organization and supporting tools with partners, vendors and clients (dashboard, procedures, etc.)
- Setup and initialize the target processes and organization to support IT Security controls execution, such as access recertifications, security exceptions/alerts, etc.
- Provide security advisory to the delivery and run teams to ensure good security practices are correctly enforced while designing, building and operating the solution
- Identify gaps, assess, and propose evolutions for required security improvements (eg Data Loss Prevention, Anti-fraud solutions, Data Masking, Secure document management, etc.)

Skills required:
IT Security governance and strategy, Communication skills (fluent English mandatory), Project management, Security architecture.
