Senior Test Analyst with strong technical background is required to strengthen the testing of current projects and programmes. The successful candidate will join the testing team and will be accountable for the preparation and the execution of the functional and the technical testing of projects requesting the GMH (new/maintenance of ISO or proprietary messages with conversion, GUI for monitoring this platform upgrades).

The Senior Test analyst is responsible to ensure proper Test preparation and execution in line with the functional and none functional requirements

It includes, besides others activities:
The contribution to the Setup of the testing strategy (under the responsibility of a test lead)
The Design and Prioritisation in ALM of the test cases in line with requirements
The set-up and the qualification of the required test environments
The execution of the Test cases in line with the test strategy (Timing, Dependencies)
The documentation of the defects after a first level of investigation
The support to other test phases when the product has been rolled-out to next stages

To be successful, the candidate will have to:
Work in collaboration teams across various divisions and entities.
Be able to understand the Group IT infrastructure & the GMH architecture.
Have a strong technical affinity and experience in UNIX functional/non-functional testing.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of testing tools (HP Application Lifecycle Management and HP LoadRunner).

The candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in application and infrastructure testing and a good technical background in UNIX.
Knowledge of Windows is considered as a plus.

Based on a risk approach, the candidate will have to design functional and none functional testing. He/she will run the execution it in the relevant environments, raising the relevant defects and organizing the adequate retesting. The candidate will have to regularly report progression to the test lead.

This requires the following testing competencies:
Knowledge of risk based testing
Design test cases using test case selection techniques and organize traceability against requirements
Writing a test summary report
Affinity with technical testing
Familiar with defect management
Knowledge of Market Best practices as ISTQB and ITIL.

The candidate should be able to manage relationships with different teams (Unix Development team, off-shored teams, other Test integration teams) in an international and challenging context.

This requires strong skills like:
Excellent communication in French and English (listening, writing, and presenting)
Strong ability to manage changes.

Essential Tasks
Involvement in the delivery of information system security solutions based upon the analysis of user, operational, policy, regulatory and resource demands
Support the development, implementation and operation of security technologies, processes and procedures/OS systems and networks
Work closely with other departments to provide specialist IT Security advice and support to corporate ISS initiatives, projects and operations
Create and maintain appropriate operational documentation for activities
Provide written reporting to management on a regular basis
Resolve z/OS security-related incidents and problems when needed
Provide second-line z/OS Security (RACF and tools) support to Technical Support staff and end users
Provide out-of-hours on-call support
Provide daily Operational delivery in response to approved change requests to administer security controls in RACF and supported security databases

Candidate must have the following technical skills:
Good knowledge of z/OS Security Concepts
Good knowledge and familiarity with RACF commands in an operational context,
Good knowledge of RACF interfaces with sub-systems such as MQ, CICS, DB2 etc.
Sound and current knowledge of REXX programming
Sound and current knowledge of ISPF dialog management and interfaces

Essential Experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in RACF operational IBM Mainframe security domain with multi-cultural teams in different physical locations.
Desireable Experience
Development of ISPF based applications using REXX and Dialog Management.
SAS reporting development and support.
Experience with both internal and external security of DB2.
