Information Security Consultant
Experience and skills required
*8-10 years of Information Security/Networking experience
*Knowledge of reviewing & modelling the security and networking services
*Knowledge of VA/PT, IPS, SIEM, Firewall, Patching, Hardening, Proxy Servers, Syslog, Antivirus..
*Strong Project Management & Audit Skills
*Aware of IT policy, SOX compliance and Audits
Description:
*Expertise in review, gap analysis and proposing solution for Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration Testing, IPS/IDS, Firewall, SIEM, Proxy, Syslog, Patch Management, Antivirus etc..
*Provide expertise to ensure the integrity and protection of networks, systems, and applications by technical enforcement of organizational security policies .
*Security design experience, technical requirement gathering and capable of developing HLD/LLD
*Follow up and escalate for remediation of identified gaps with the Application and Server owners, regional heads etc.
*Communicate with high level management and formulate remediation strategies.
*Knowledge of System Hardening, Application Security & SOC
*Responsible for reviewing & modelling the security solution, building workflows, dashboards, metrices, developing use cases, reporting, product evaluation & vendor management
*Knowledge on IT security policies, Infosec Audit, Information system security, SOX compliance requirements
*Strong technical understanding of the information security threat landscape (attack vectors and tools, best practices for securing systems and networks, etc.).
Other Requirement:
CISSP, CISA, CISM, ISO 27001 LA, SIEM or equivalent is a plus
PMP or Prince 2 Preferred
Networking certifications a plus.
Excellent communications skills. Strong analytical skills.
