IT Security Architect

IT Security Architect is required to join a leading organisation in Amsterdam, Netherlands. This will be an initial contract until the end of the year, however will renew for at least a 9 month duration if not longer.

The scope of work involves participating in pilot of my clients global BI solution to hand picked terminals (6-7 of them) till mid next year and then roll out to all their HUB terminals/terminals (around 40-45) .

This Information Security Architect is a very key requirement and a challenge for to make sure the data that's being handled/exposed for internal/external users is compliant with the legal standards as they roll out their standard BI solution across the terminals.

Required skills

- Previous experience working as an IT Security Architect
- Plan, research and design robust security architectures for any IT project
- Perform vulnerability testing, risk analyses and security assessments
- Research security standards, security systems and authentication protocols
- Test final security structures to ensure they behave as expected
- Provide technical supervision for (and guidance to) a security team
- Define, implement and maintain corporate security policies and procedures
- Oversee security awareness programs and educational efforts
- Respond immediately to security related incidents and provide a thorough post-event analysis
- Update and upgrade security systems as needed
