IT SECURITY TOOL ADMINISTRATOR

For our global client we are looking for an IT Security Administrator. In this function you play an important role in the maintenance and operating our Security tooling, like SIEM, IPS, etc. You will have the opportunity to join in global projects, working closely together with our security colleagues around the world. As an administrator, you will carry out numerous activities, ranging from support, maintenance and troubleshooting to advising, designing and implementing security solutions.

Your profile
. You are a security engineer with experience in the deployment, configuration and management of Security tooling;
. Experience with HP ArcSight, SNORT, Tippingpoint and Qradar is preferred;
. You have a relevant higher vocation degree (preferably at Bachelor level) and experience in the field of security integration;
. Knowledgeable in Scripting technologies and operating systems (Unix, Windows, databases) and proven experience with application support;
. Knowledge of ITIL and LEAN is an advantage.
The ideal candidate has a hands-on mentality and can within a short start-up period help the team in maintaining connectors and supporting global rollouts and upgrades. In addition, supporting internal audits by collecting information about the current implementations and drafting improvement plans for follow-up may also be part of the tasks.
