ABOUT THE POSITION

GTN Technical Staffing is seeking an IT Sales Cycle Business Analyst for a contract opportunity in Plano, TX.  The IT Sales Cycle Business Analyst will assist with gathering project requirements and provide documentation such as Use Cases and Process Flows. The IT Sales Cycle Business Analyst will work alongside development and testing teams to assist with project test cases and project test case execution. Candidates who possess experience with Software Development Lifecycle and/or UML, is a plus. The IT Sales Cycle Business Analyst MUST have experience working with Sales Cycles, as this role will be centered on telecom order entry and support.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

3+ years of experience in the following skill sets:

- Sales Cycle Business Analysis/Order Entry Analysis
- Interface with (Internal/External) End-Users/Clients to Gather Requirements
- Project Documentation - Use Case/Process Flow Documentation

PREFERRED (BUT NOT REQUIRED)

- Telecommunications Industry
- SDLC - Software Development Lifecycle
