IT Run Specialist III (with Dutch fluency)

One of our major banking clients is looking for an IT RUN SPECIALIST III (WITH DUTCH FLUENCY) for a 12months + contract in Holland. This is an urgent requirement offering a quick start but can be flexible for the right IT RUN SPECIALIST III (WITH DUTCH FLUENCY).

The IT RUN SPECIALIST III (WITH DUTCH FLUENCY) will be responsible for;

- Prepare training materials for the different modules where necessary
- Explain the theory to the scrum teams
- Provide training on the job to put what you have learned into practice
- Actively helping to eliminate any backlog together with the team
- You will have thorough knowledge of managing complex systems. Use this knowledge to help others gain it. Look closely at the people in the team, apply the different management competencies. If necessary, together with the team you also have to work with a clean slate. This ensures that the new knowledge can be applied immediately.

The IT RUN SPECIALIST III (WITH DUTCH FLUENCY) will have the following skills/experience;

- You have at least 5 years' experience in the end2end management or large IT environment
- You can transfer this management knowledge well to colleagues
- You are organization-sensitive and connect with colleagues outside the team: you build relationships with the most important stakeholders
- You have experience with the Agile way of Working
- Works at a minimum HBO level
- You like working with teams and individuals from different cultures and countries
- You master both Dutch and English well
