IT RISK OFFICER/COORDINATOR

One of leading European financials clients in Holland is URGENTLY LOOKING FOR A FLUENT DUTCH SPEAKING IT Risk officer/Co-ordinator for a minimum 12 month project working from their amazing offices in Arnhem.

As an IT officer/Co-ordinator you will play a major role in the change program to make our client a more resilient organization. You are jointly responsible for developing the risk management policy and setting up the risk management organization. You contribute to the design, implementation and execution of the risk management cycle.

Our IT Risk Officer/Co-ordinator acts as a business partner and advisor for the risk and compliance aspects of business operations. He or she allows for proactive and conscious risk management, ensures continuity and contributes to the realization of the goals of the organization. Integrity and data security are important concepts in this regard. This enables our IT risk coordinator, among other things, by setting up and running controls in the risk management cycle. He or she coordinates the work for this, contributes to the quality and contributes to the various certifications we provide for clients.

You must have a sense of discretion and can handle confidential information properly.

Furthermore, you have:

- A relevant rounded education at a minimum higher education level, preferably towards Accountancy,
- IT audit, Operational audit or Information management;
- A minimum of three to five years relevant work experience within a financial institution in the field of Operational Risk Management, Control and/or Audit;
- Experience with project management and executives/coordinating tasks;
- Good knowledge of the Principles for Financial Market Infrastructures is a pre;
- Good knowledge of processes in the financial sector, knowledge of automated data processing and experience with ISAE and In Control Frameworks;
- highly developed analytical ability;
- FLUENT DUTCH LANGUAGE - ESSENTIAL
- 4+ years IT Risk experience.
- Good knowledge of financial/banking/payments security environment.

CONTRACT: 12months +
LOCATION: Arnhem.
