IT Requirements Engineer (Security Applications)

On behalf of our client, one of the most prestigious financial institutions, we are looking for a IT REQUIREMENTS ENGINEER WITH GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF SECURITY APPLICATIONS. For this position based in Zürich, our client is looking for an English-speaking candidate, who is available as soon as possible.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Analyze the existing standard non-functional requirements for in-house operated applications and define new non-functional requirements applicable for externally hosted (XaaS) solutions
- As lead of a small team of business analysts the candidate need to engage with senior SME and senior stakeholder (D, ED, MD - level) form all IT domain areas as well as CTO and Divisional and Group Information Security Officers and propose and agree the new requirements and verification methods
- Specify requirements for toolset adaptions, acceptance testing of implemented solutions, develop migration strategies and plans
- Identify and manage senior stakeholders and clients, evaluate their interests and establish effective communication channels ensuring effective stakeholder management and engagement
- Provide Technical expertise within their functional area with the team, prove accountability and be a role models to others
- Ensure processes, deliverables and responsibilities are fully aligned with strategic priorities/goals of the organization
- Coordination and negotiation for a mid-size project with lot of different stakeholders
- Potentially also project manage the initiative

YOU HAVE

- + 7 years of professional experience in COMMUNICATION AND NEGOTIATION with senior IT stakeholders (management, architects, SME's) as well as being able to liaise with aligned Divisional and Group Information Security Officers as well as with Senior Risk Managers
- + 7 years of professional experience in dealing with NON-FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS addressed to IT APPLICATIONS (Security: Data Protection/Access Management/Authentication, Records Management & Archiving, Business Continuity Management, etc.)
- Ability to self-manage, show leadership and deliver to target while integrating the various stakeholders required for the work product
- Excellent communication in English language. GERMAN communication skills would be beneficial
- Preferably worked in the area of DATA PROTECTION requirements and regulations
- Preferably knowledge with tools like ISAC, ECMS, BBS, SERA/CDC-I/FCRA and related processes or similar configurations management data bases (according to ITIL terminology)
- Good understanding of SDLC processes
