IT Requirements Analyst Job

IT REQUIREMENTS ANALYST needed for a LONG-TERM CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Charlotte, NC.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS POSITION DOES NOT ALLOW FOR WORKING REMOTELY, AS SUCH THE INCUMBENT MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ONSITE IN CLIENT'S CHARLOTTE, NC LOCATION.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- IT Requirements documentation
- Ability to review technical requirements with all stakeholders; technical and non-technical.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Initial documentation of requirements
- Leading discussions with business stakeholders, SMEs and BAs to elicit clear and detailed requirements
- Assisting Business Analysts in the creation of supporting artifacts (eg, process models, use case models and wireframes).
- Serving as owner of requirements documentation for the project, ensuring that documents are presented and communicated in ways that are understandable to all audiences. Review and approval of requirements
- Facilitating reviews of the requirements with IT Stakeholders, designers and developers
- Collaborating with the Business and IT stakeholders to gain sign off. Requirements change management
- Managing changes to requirements and determining potential impacts of a proposed change to other requirements.
- Serving as owner of requirements documentation throughout the life of the project.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Education: High School Diploma/GED or applicable certification or equivalent Work Experience
- IT Requirements documentation
- Ability to review technical requirements with all stakeholders; technical and non-technical.
