IT Reliability Analyst - Beerse, Belgium - 18Months - €42Per Hour

We are looking for a temporary replacement in the area of Plant Maintenance/IT reliability. Within this team, the PM/IT-Reliability Business Analyst will be the primary contact for these area's in JSC. He/She will lead the effort to design technical solutions that meets the JSC requirements. Understands the JSC business processes and work closely with the business partners to deliver new and optimize existing IT capabilities.

Must have a strong knowledge of the technology used to meet the business requirements. Partners with JSC IT Architecture to architect the business solution. He/she has end-to-end responsibility for the IT solution.

Ensures the Agile methodology is the primary option for delivering IT solutions. Is the conduit between the business partners and the Scrum Team. Shares the product vision with the Scrum team, and prioritizes and manages the backlog.

Responsible for delivering Epics and User Stories to the Scrum team. Partners with the Scrum team to estimate the duration and cost of the project. Schedules demos of the IT solution with the business partners.

Expertise/skills

SAP knowledge (configuration, functional) in the area PP/PI and more specific excellent knowledge in PM.Preferable as well to have some knowledge in MM-WM processes in SAP.

Utilize effective business analyst techniques to translate what business may want to identification of what is needed via the good use of elicitation techniques. Determine which rRDM approaches would ensure complete understanding by downstream stakeholders as well as business and stakeholders of the requirements including use cases and/or user stories, visualization, mapping and other rRDM SDLC requirement artifacts including use of the baseline framework to map to business process flows.

Document confirmed business processes to serve as reference for development and IT support o Explain to business how requirements may be implemented from a functional standpoint. Apply compliance requirements within scope of responsibility, provides documentation and participated in compliance activities as required.

Prepare and update traceability Matrix

Is able to apply the baseline framework and context diagram to ensure all potential and external stakeholders are fully identified

May be system agnostic and is able to utilize rRDM to fully understand an IT system or systems that the business uses; may specialize as knowledge of specific system deepens.

Is assigned to work with business and sprint teams to ensure support of agile stay 2-3 sprints ahead of scrum team(s) for IT sprint cycles and ensures each feature level deliverable is aligned to a definition of readiness to enter sprint

Documents User acceptance testing or and may assist unit testers so that definition of done for requirements are satisfied.

Writes, manages, and clarifies story points and may develop use cases for complex requirements o Impact analysis of new releases/changes, training, maintain systems FAQ in local language

Report mostly on progress of own workstream, has little oversight or responsibility over the other work products. May assist and report on user acceptance testing

Leverage CPI output for process challenges o Is able to conduct root cause analysis for key process challenges and map core processes and relevant sub-processes o Outline future state process maps

Identify Metrics, build & track dashboards to measure process improvement Herewith as well an overview of the tasks planned for 2018 ELIS project (One Lab): building/extending interface from SAP-PM (for Sustain & E2) for lab equipment to Perkin-Elmer, a 3rd part vendor Copying eStream functionality to Sustain (Cockpit, Master data handling, Task & Partner determination on notifications) Creating an Interface for SAP-PM (Sustain & E2) and OSI-PI to send measurement documents (values) to be used in counter based/conditional based maintenance plans

Enhancements for PM Neptune App and a barcode scanning/mobility solution (Neptune) for Spare parts SAP Integration with Blue Cielo (Enterprise Meridian which will replace EFMS).

Non Technical Skills

Some flexibility in working hours is required

Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision

Quick learner, motivated self-starter

Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills

Able to follow change management for internal guidelines.

Language proficiencies: -English and Dutch spoken and written
