IT Release Manager - Deployment - Support - Validation - Communication

Our client, a major private bank based in Geneva, is looking for an IT Release Manager with a strong expertise in release processes and good communication skills.

You will be responsible for managing the whole aspects of the end to end Release process for the bank.

THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Identify, manage and control the scope of releases.
- Establish the planning of releases.
- Establish and control the budget of releases, including its allocation to teams.
- Organise regular follow-up meetings with key stakeholders.
- Define and apply an efficient Release Communication Plan.
- Identify, manage and communicate risks associated to the releases.
- Coordinate go-live activities (deployment/support/validation) amongst all teams involved, irrespective of their locations.
- Manage release documentation, including the release sharePoint.
- Anticipate issues, act as a facilitator during problem solving activities.

The successful candidate has at least 5 years of experience in IT release management and must be quite flexible to work during weekends & evenings.

Please note that we are looking for a French speaking (Mandatory) with an fluent level of English.
