IT Recruiter

Contract Recruiter-Middleburg Heights, Ohio

The Contract Recruiter will be primarily responsible for sourcing and recruiting the Software Development, Network Engineers, Project Managers, Quality Assurance, Business Analyst, Cisco Engineers, etc. current job openings. This position will utilize creative sourcing methodologies to find, screen, present, and close candidates.

Principal Responsibilities:

- Ability to source top industry candidates, screen effectively, and provide candidate slate to hiring managers of strategic positions.
- Source candidates using creative recruiting techniques.
- Develop and maintain relationships with professional associations to network with candidates and hiring managers.

Minimum Requirements:

- 5+ years of IT/technical recruiting experience, preferably in an agency, staffing, and/or executive search environment.
- Develop diverse and qualified applicant pools from multiple sources including web sites, referrals, and niche job boards.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruiting technologies.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment, with strong sense of urgency, managing multiple requisitions
- Strong understanding of processes involved in recruiting
- Demonstrated track record of success
- Superb organizational, time management, negotiation, communication skills are essential.
