PAY: $36.84 PER HOUR

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree
-

2+ Years of Software Developer recruitment experience
-

Prior experience recruiting candidates in a high volume environment
-

Experience recruiting .Net, Cognos, JAVA, and ETL Developer roles Desired Qualifications
-

Strong Project Management

SKILLS

-

Proficiency using Microsoft Office
-

Prior experience sourcing Java, ETL Developer, and Storage positions

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Successfully review job descriptions to understand the technical skill set needed by the Hiring Manager

Demonstrate strong understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills

Develop plan to source candidates through social media and other avenues

Screen candidates against the technical competencies outlined in the job description

Present slate of sourced candidates to Hiring Manager and IT Recruiter
