IT RECRUITER
Our prestigious international client, based in Zurich is currently looking for an IT Recruiter for a 12 months fixed term contract with view to a permanent role based in Zurich.
POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting directly to the Recruiting Team Leader and with a dotted line to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition, this role involves heavy candidate and agency relationship management to hire mid-level talent into our organization. The incumbent will serve as a member of a global team of recruiters; therefore, s/he must be able to work independently within a Matrix organizational structure. The role will start on a 12 month contract basis; however, it may evolve with the opportunity to go full-time. The day to day work will consist of CV screening, conducting phone interviews and managing agency relationships. The role is based in Zurich.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Search, identify and hire dynamic, high calibre professionals in various disciplines
- Focus heavily on candidate and agency relationship management, as well as overall recruitment support
- Take responsibility for early/mid phases of the recruitment process, with emphasis on candidate screening and phone interviewing
- Coordination of the interview process including selecting the interviewer, organizing(telephone) interviews, getting feedback, managing agency relationship(s)
- Participation in candidate interviews, especially in phone interviews
- Manage agency contacts: relationship management, requirement analysis, frequent updates, candidate management
- Data maintenance, support the design and improvements of the database (Taleo)
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
*Bachelors degree an advantage
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2 years recruiting experience (agency experience a plus)
- Fluent in written and verbal English
- Broad interests; sufficient interest in business generally or security/defense specifically to take some intrinsic satisfaction in regularly interacting with mid-level candidates
- MS - Office, IT affinity required, and experience using applicant tracking systems
PERSONAL COMPETENCIES
- Experience working in a Matrix organization and among an international team
- Good research and writing skills
- Strong communication skills
