IT Quality Validation Lead Job

IT QUALITY VALIDATION LEAD needed for a LONG TERM CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Indianapolis, IN.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- QA/Validation experience
- Development practices knowledge
- Quality Control Practice knowledge

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Perform QA and validation tasks independently on IT projects
- Create instructional documents for IT Quality processes (SOPs, TOPs, templates, checklists)
- Act as Validation Lead and provide support for IT service processes (ITIL/ITSM), eg change and configuration management

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelor's degree (or equiv.) plus work experience in IT quality systems which includes advanced knowledge of computer science, good software development practices or quality control processes
- Knowledge of IT operations and software development practices and solid knowledge of IT project management
- Proficiency in use of desktop software systems including word processing, spreadsheet and graphic applications for documenting SOPs, TOPs, template, checklists, etc.
