ROLE/JOB TITLE: Project/Process QA/Quality Manager - Level III

JOB LOCATION: Basel region

CONTRACT DURATION: Until 30.11.16 and there is a possibility of extension further.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
This Quality Manager will be covering OQM support for Application archiving service and Public/Private cloud. Within the capacity of QA Project/Process Quality Manager, he/she will carry out several duties/roles as mentioned below:

Role: GDC
- Review and approve AAR SOP and template improvements, coordinating with QA requirements;
- Coordinate the ISRM effort in terms of risk management, security exceptions, records management etc. for AAR team;
- Respond and consult to GDCReview and approve operational system life cycle documentation;

Role: Quality Manager

- Respond and consult to ops teams on compliance topics.
- Review and approve operational system life cycle documentation.
- Attend ops team meetings.
- Respond to Business IGM queries about the service line.
- Consult with Service Owner and Managers on ISRM and quality and compliance topics.
- Review monthly HCL Compliance reports.
- Escalate ISRM issues as appropriate.
- Support ongoing risk management activities.

Role: Project Quality Manager

- Fulfill ICE PQM deliverables.
- Review and approve project and system life cycle documents.
- Consult on eHLCCD.
- Consult on BCITRA.
- Consult on risk assessments and risk handling.
- Consult on ISRM and quality and compliance topics.
- Provide overall project quality oversight. Review training records, document and records management, adherence to Quality Plan.
- Attend project meetings.
- Collaborate with other PQMs on related projects.

Requirements/Qualifications:
